About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and logistics team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective management of daily warehouse activities, inventory control, dispatch, receiving, and staff supervision.

The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining high service levels for our customers while driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate transport and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor and manage inventory accuracy and stock control processes.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Improve warehouse systems, processes, and efficiencies.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.
- Ensure equipment, vehicles, and warehouse facilities are maintained appropriately.
- Assist with workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.

About You





- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- A commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
- Current forklift licence (preferred).
- Experience in the steel, manufacturing, construction, or industrial supply industry would be highly regarded.
