We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our poultry services team, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant practices while leading a high-performing workforce.

About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership, youwill be responsible for coordinating and supervising operational activities including catching, vaccinations, shed washing,grading, buildingand transport operations. You Will play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining biosecurity and animal welfare standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day operational activities across multiple teams.
- Co-ordinate labour hire and workforce scheduling.
- Ensure high standards of bird welfare, safety, and biosecurity compliance.
- Monitor operational performance and report on key KPI's.
- Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Lead, coach,



and develop team members to achieve operation goals.
- Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.

About You

- Previous experience in an Operations Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.
- Srong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisaional and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing operational performance and driving efficiencies.
- Sound understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
- Experience in agriculture, poultry, logistics, transport, or manufacturing will be highly regarded.
