RT Edgar Point Lonsdale is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and professional Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Working across The entire bellarine peninsula, great city of Geelong and Surf Coast Shire. You'll have the opportunity to represent quality homes, build lasting client relationships and be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, whilst working along side a dynamic experienced high energy team.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Listing and selling residential properties.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
- Prospecting for new business and growing your personal database.
- Conducting appraisals and preparing listing presentations.
- Managing buyer enquiries and negotiating successful sales outcomes.
- Hosting open homes and private inspections.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Working collaboratively with our Director and sales and administration team.
- Representing the RT Edgar brand with professionalism and integrity.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- A current Victorian Estate Agent Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence is desirable but not essential.



Training and career pathways are available if you are new to real estate.
- Has previous real estate sales experience (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).
- Is self-motivated, ambitious and results-driven.
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Is confident building relationships and generating new business.
- Demonstrates exceptional presentation and professionalism.
- Is organised with robust time management skills.
- Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle.
