This is a full-time in office position for a Senior Estimator located in Brendale, QLD. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial glazing projects, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with internal teams and clients. Other responsibilities include reviewing project plans and specifications, managing bid proposals, and ensuring all estimates comply with company and industry standards. The role involves collaboration with project managers and engineers to ensure project budgets align with client expectations and timelines.

Your Skills & Experience

3+ years experience as an Estimator in the commercial glazing industry.

Proficiency in cost estimation, project analysis, and materials take-offs

Strong understanding of construction processes,



glazing systems, and building materials

Ability to review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documents

Experience with estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Experience in commercial glazing or construction industries is highly advantageous

Remuneration to be negotiated based on experience.

Prior to commencement, you will need to undertake a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
