About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to become a part of the Keystone Squad in our Agent Workflows team. In this position, you will develop features and infrastructure utilized by numerous agents throughout Australia and Recent Zealand, working with a React TypeScript frontend and a Ruby on Rails backend.

What you’ll do

- Design and implement new features for our applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and optimize system functionality.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.




- Proficiency in TypeScript and React is required.
- Strong experience with backend development, particularly with Ruby on Rails.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

Nice to have

- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
