Join a leading commercial construction company with 30 years of experience and a national presence. Offering a full design and construct service they operate across several specialist sectors including medical, education, and office fit-out.

About The Role

- Reporting directly into management
- Oversight of HSEQ across approximately 10 + sites
- Multi-state coverage including NSW, VIC, QLD, and WA (including Perth-based projects)
- Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of HSEQ systems and compliance across all projects
- Drive consistent safety standards across multiple regions and sites
- Conduct site visits and provide practical, hands-on support to project teams
- Support reporting into management and ensure visibility of key risks and trends
- Work closely with site teams to embed protected work practices

About you
- Strong background in construction HSEQ (essential)
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 systems
- Comfortable working across multiple concurrent sites and regions




- Practical, down-to-earth approach to safety (not overly corporate, not junior)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence site teams
- Experience in fit-out or small-scale construction environments highly regarded
- Confident using safety systems (Worx or similar platforms)
- Cert 4 min
