Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR initiatives

Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational design

Drive performance management processes and employee development plans

Provide guidance on employee relations, labor law, and conflict resolution

Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations

Support compensation & benefits planning and benchmarking





Lead or support change management initiatives during organizational growth or transformation

Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

Promote company culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar role

Strong understanding of HR practices and local labor laws

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, international setting

Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, or tech industry is a plus Language Skills:

Professional English is mandatory
