THE ROLE
As a result of this incremental growth, a brand-new Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist chance has been created to drive the implementation, adoption, and optimisation of HubSpot across the business.
The incumbent will be instrumental in leveraging HubSpot’s tools to enhance marketing, sales and customer service capabilities while ensuring seamless cross- functional collaboration.
THE CANDIDATE To be successful in this role you will have a growth mindset and come from a HubSpot background.
You will be adept in HubSpot implementation, optimisation, enablement & adoption.
You will show a demonstrated history in data, reporting & analytics, integrations and content management. The incumbent will have the ability to work cross-functionally to support key business initiatives, aligning HubSpot configurations with marketing, sales and support goals.
With 3-5 years of experience, you will bring a strong understanding of sales, marketing and customer experience processes. You will possess insights into customer journey mapping & optimisation and have a sufficient history as a HubSpot administrator and Breeze user as well as experience with Claude and a passion for AI and technology.
This opportunity will be ideal for a self motivated, confident, tech lover who has the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, is hands on and can prioritise business growth in a fast paced environment.
This role is based in Greater Sydney and a hybrid work environment is in place.
