We're partnering with a highly successful and rapidly expanding business group to recruit a People & Culture Business Partner. This is an prospect to join an established People & Culture team and work closely with senior leaders across a diverse portfolio of businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional People & Culture Manager, you'll join a well-established P&C; function supporting approximately 30 businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
Working in a true business partnering capacity, you'll collaborate with senior leaders and executives to provide strategic and operational HR support while helping drive a positive and high-performing culture across the group.
Your responsibilities will include
Providing expert advice and coaching to leaders on people-related matters
Partnering with managers to build capability and improve leadership effectiveness
Assisting with workforce planning, engagement and organisational development initiatives
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple businesses
Promoting best-practice HR processes, policies and compliance
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the broader P&C; function

About You To be successful, you'll bring:
Experience in a Senior HR Advisor, Senior HR Generalist or People & Culture Business Partner role
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach The ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of an organisation
