Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR initiatives
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational design
- Drive performance management processes and employee development plans
- Provide guidance on employee relations, labor law, and conflict resolution
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations
- Support compensation & benefits planning and benchmarking
- Lead or support change management initiatives during organizational growth or transformation
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Promote company culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR practices and local labor laws
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, or tech industry is a plus
Language Skills:
- Professional English is mandatory
- Chinese skills are beneficial
