A leading healthcare and distribution organisation is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a large operational workforce across Western Sydney.

This is a genuine partnering role where you'll be the trusted HR presence onsite, supporting leaders across warehouse operations, customer service and sales while playing a key role in broader transformation initiatives.

Whether you're an established HR Business Partner or a Senior HR Advisor ready to step up, you're comfortable navigating complex employee relations matters, building strong relationships with operational leaders, and making sound decisions independently.

You thrive in fast-paced environments and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when the unexpected lands on your desk.

? Day to day

No two days will look exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:

- Partner with operational leaders from Team Leader through to GM level
- Manage complex employee relations matters from start to finish
- Lead redundancy consultation processes and organisational change initiatives
- Interpret awards, enterprise agreements and employment legislation
- Coach leaders through performance,



conduct and workplace issues
- Support unionised workforce environments and engage with union representatives where required
- Provide practical HR advice across a diverse operational workforce
- Support recruitment activity and broader people initiatives
- Contribute to transformation projects across the wider People function

? What's in your toolkit?

Must-haves:

- HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
- Solid end-to-end employee relations capability
- Confidence managing redundancy consultations
- Experience interpreting awards and/or enterprise agreements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across operational environments
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently onsite

Nice-to-haves:

- Supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or distribution experience
- Exposure to unionised workplaces
- Healthcare or operational workforce experience
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation
