Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Graduate supports the delivery of
Human Resources services across the organisation while gaining exposure to the full employee life cycle. Working alongside experienced team, you will contribute to a broad range of activities across recruitment, HR operations,
remuneration and benefits, learning and development, employee relations,
workforce planning, and employee wellbeing initiatives. This role provides a strong foundation in Human Resources, offering practical experience across multiple HR disciplines while supporting initiatives that enhance the employee and candidate experience. In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to:
Support the delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment through to development, engagement, retention, and offboarding.
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising roles, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, facilitating onboarding, and supporting pre-employment processes.
Represent the organisation at career fairs, graduate events, and other talent attraction initiatives to help build our employer brand and attract future talent.
Provide administrative and operational support across a range of HR processes, including preparing employment documentation, maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and responding to employee and manager enquiries.
Assist with remuneration and benefits administration and the preparation of HR reports and workforce data.
Coordinate learning and development activities, including training, enrolments, maintaining learning records, and development initiatives that support employee growth.
Gain exposure to employee and industrial relations matters by supporting the preparation of documentation, research, case management activities, and ensuring HR practices align with relevant legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements.
Contribute to employee wellbeing, engagement, diversity,
equity and inclusion initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Support workforce planning activities by assisting with workforce reporting, organisational changes, talent planning, and people analytics.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational capability.
Build collaborative relationships with employees, leaders, and stakeholders across the business while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
