Location

Key Purpose
As an IAM Engineer, you'll work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, design, implement, and support identity security solutions, delivering secure, scalable identity management and governance outcomes across complex IAM environments.

About You
You have a technical background in identity or cybersecurity, with experience across IAM, IGA, or PAM systems. We welcome candidates with 1.5 to 6 years of experience, and the role will be shaped to your level. You can engage clients effectively, communicate complex ideas clearly, and work both independently and collaboratively.
You ideally have experience with:
- IAM platforms: Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea, Silverfort, CrowdStrike
- Core IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, provisioning, HR-as-master, PAM, risk-based authentication
- Foundations: Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra ID Connect, M365, device management and device authentication
- Scripting: PowerShell, Python, or similar
- Bonus: exposure to SIEMs, SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow,
and HR driven provisioning with Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes
Not all of these technologies are necessary to get the job. A willingness to learn new technologies is what we are after.
Strong written communication is essential, as you'll be producing technical documentation and reporting progress regularly. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset is key.
Working Relationships
You'll collaborate closely with clients, project managers, technical SMEs, and security professionals to deliver end-to-end IAM solutions tailored to each client's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver IAM solutions aligned with client requirements
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and assess environments
- Coordinate internal and external technical teams
- Create high-quality documentation (designs, plans, as-builts, test cases)
- Deploy, test, and support identity solutions
- Report regularly on progress and time tracking
Experience & Skills
- 1.5 to 6 years in IT, ideally in Identity, Security, or Infrastructure domains
- Experience with IDaaS (e.g. Okta, Entra ID) and PAM (e.g. CyberArk, Delinea, Silverfort)
- Strong understanding of IAM principles and access management
- Stakeholder engagement and customer-facing delivery
- Desirable: familiarity with frameworks (NIST, SACSF), cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), scripting, integrations (APIs, SCIM, database connectors), IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt), and HR driven provisioning with JML processes
- Tools: JIRA, Agile delivery methods, and common enterprise platforms
