About the Role
Sheertex Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with management and internal teams to analyse business processes, identify technology and system requirements, and support the implementation of business and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes, systems, and operational requirements to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and analyse business and user requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance business efficiency.
- Prepare business requirements, process documentation, reports, and system specifications.
- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist with the implementation, testing, and improvement of business systems and technology solutions.
- Work with internal teams and external technology providers to resolve system and process issues.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Support management with business analysis, reporting, and technology-related projects.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualification in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a Business Analyst or ICT-related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Robust Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools such as Tableau or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
