We're currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team, including a consistent inactive sleepover rotation.

About the Role This is an inactive sleepover position, meaning you are expected to rest overnight, with minimal active support required unless needed.



You'll support participants with their evening and morning routines while ensuring a safe, calm, and welcoming home environment throughout the night.

For those seeking additional hours, there are also opportunities to pick up regular day shifts supporting participants in the community, making this an excellent role for someone looking for consistency with the flexibility to increase their workload.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Delivering person-centred support that promotes independence.
- Assisting with evening and morning routines.
- Providing overnight supervision and responding to participant needs if required.
- Completing accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Following behaviour support plans, individual support plans, and NDIS Practice Standards.
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve positive outcomes for participants.
