We are looking for passionate, driven Inclusive Employment Specialist who want to do meaningful work every day, supporting people living with mental health conditions into jobs that truly matter to them. Due to the success & growth of our IEA service in WA over the last six months, we have a new vacancy in our Fairfield East office.

You will be joining an existing IEA team of around 10 staff in Fairfield East including dedicated Managers & Employer Partnership Managers.

What You Will Do You will work closely with participants to turn goals into reality, supporting them from “where do I start?” to “I got the job!” In This Role, You Will Use the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model, the gold standard in mental health employment support

Guide participants through their full employment journey, from planning to placement and beyond

Build genuine relationships with employers and create inclusive opportunities

Collaborate with clinical and community supports to provide holistic, wrap-around care

Deliver robust, sustainable employment outcomes while meeting performance goals

Experience in employment, mental health, or disability services
