Influence the future of affordable housing… This Advisory role offers a superb opportunity for a highly credentialed finance executive to contribute independent oversight and expert guidance to one of Queensland's leading Tier 1 community housing providers during a period of significant growth.

As the organisation continues to grow its asset base, development pipeline and financing activities, the Board is strengthening the capability of its Finance, Audit & Risk Committee.

With a property portfolio valued at more than $250 million, this mission-led, non-profit housing organisation provides protected and affordable homes to over 1,500 residents and is driving the next generation of large-scale affordable housing developments across Queensland.

This position plays to your strengths as you draw on your unique expertise and experience to review governance, compliance and assurance frameworks, examine financial performance and audit outcomes and risk management.

By contributing to robust discussions on capital investment, debt management, development projects, organisational growth and more, you will provide the Board with valuable advice and insights shaped by your unique perspective. Your informed recommendations will help shape the organisation’s governance, financial stewardship and risk oversight,



with the impact of your contribution felt in communities for years to come.

To be considered for this absorbing and influential role, you must bring senior-level expertise in finance, audit, risk management, governance, banking, corporate finance, infrastructure, property, or related commercial environments.

Previous Board, Committee and/or Advisory experience will be well regarded, along with your enviable abilities to interpret complex financial information, challenge constructively and provide independent judgement. Company Director qualifications/certification are also desirable though not essential.
