Industrial & Maintenance Electricians wanted across Western Sydney — no two days the same. $120-$200k OTE + company car + OT. 27th July, 2026 Industrial & Maintenance Service Electricians - Western Sydney Location: Western Sydney (multiple sites).

Type: Full-time Permanent, Casual, Contract & Temporary options available Pay: up to $58/hr + Super (full-time, company vehicle) | $50-$75/hr + Overtime (casual/contract/temp) | Full-time equivalent $120k-$200k + Super with penalty rates OTE. Candidate needs to be a PERMANENT RESIDENT. No two days are the same Smart Industrial is seeking experienced, licensed Industrial & Maintenance Electricians to support a growing pipeline of maintenance, breakdown response, shift coverage, and project work across manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, recycling, and processing facilities in Western Sydney and beyond.

Depending on what suits you, roles are available two ways:

- Field-based maintenance - travel between client sites across Western Sydney, working on a diverse range of equipment and industries rather than being stuck on one site. 4 x full-time positions currently available.
- Shift & static site cover - step into a single site for breakdown response, planned maintenance, and shift coverage as needed. 5 x full-time positions available. The Work - Breakdown response, fault finding,



testing and repairs - Preventative and planned maintenance on industrial equipment - Installation, upgrades, commissioning and end-to-end project work - Control panels, switchboards, VSDs, PLCs, sensors and motor control - Conveyors, automated systems, and industrial machinery - Power and lighting across industrial and manufacturing sites Project work spans food manufacturing, recycling facilities, building materials plants, and conveyor/automation systems. What's on Offer - Full-time permanent roles: Up to $58/hr + Super, company vehicle, fuel card & toll pass - Casual/contract/temp roles: $50-$75/hr + overtime, competitive rates based on experience - Regular overtime and weekend work with penalty rates - Weekly pay, immediate start available - Work across multiple industrial sites and industries — genuine variety - Long-term career stability with a growing business What You'll Need - Current NSW Electrical Licence (essential) - Solid industrial electrical / maintenance experience with strong fault-finding skills - Experience with PLCs, VSDs and industrial control systems - White Card and current driver's licence - Ability to work independently and within a team - Solid commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and communication - Own tools and reliable transport (for casual/contract roles) - Permanent residency is a MUST.
