Our client is a leading OEM in the mining space and are currently seeking experienced Industrial Spray Painters to join a busy workshop in Wacol, working on large-scale mining equipment and components. If you have experience in industrial, automotive, manufacturing or heavy equipment painting, this is an excellent opportunity.

Your Day-to-Day In this role you'll be responsible for:

- Preparing components by sanding, grinding, masking and cleaning surfaces

- Mixing paints, primers and protective coatings to specification

- Applying high-quality finishes using spray painting equipment

- Inspecting completed work to ensure OEM quality standards are achieved





- Maintaining spray guns and associated equipment

- Following safe handling procedures for paints, thinners and hazardous materials

- Keeping your work area clean, organised and compliant with safety standards

What You'll Bring To be successful, you'll have:

- A trade qualification in Spray Painting, Automotive Refinishing or a related discipline

- Previous experience painting heavy machinery, commercial vehicles or industrial equipment

- Strong knowledge of industrial paint systems and coating application techniques

- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- A robust commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
