About the Role

GreenDeal is seeking an experienced Industry Engagement & Market Development Manager to strengthen our presence within the renewable energy sector. This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on building industry relationships, identifying market opportunities, providing regulatory insights, and positioning GreenDeal as a trusted industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent GreenDeal at industry events, conferences, trade shows and networking forums.

- Build and maintain relationships with installers, retailers, wholesalers, consultants, industry associations and government stakeholders.

- Monitor renewable energy market trends, legislation and incentive schemes, providing insights and recommendations to the business.

- Deliver customer education through webinars, presentations, training and industry content.

- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives.

- Support government tenders, grant opportunities and industry consultations.

- Contribute to the development of new products, services and commercial strategies.

- Work closely with Compliance, Operations,



Marketing and Customer Success teams to deliver industry-leading customer outcomes.

About You

You'll bring

- Experience in the renewable energy, solar or energy efficiency industry.

- Solid understanding of renewable energy incentive schemes and regulatory frameworks.

- Proven business development and stakeholder management experience.

- Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to interpret complex industry or regulatory information and communicate it clearly.

- A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong problem-solving skills.

- Experience representing an organisation at industry events and with external stakeholders.
