As our business continues to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking an IT Coordinator to join our Melbourne Support Office. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to our corporate employees while assisting with the technology requirements of our national retail network.

The Role

Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Coordinator will provide first and second-level technical support to our Melbourne Support Office and assist with technology support across our Australian retail operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks and business systems while supporting new employee onboarding, office infrastructure, and ongoing technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support to Melbourne Support Office employees, resolving hardware, software and system issues.
- Configure, install and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, mobile devices and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, passwords and system access across Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
- Support office network connectivity, Wi-Fi, meeting room technology and collaboration platforms.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment allocation and system access.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and maintain service levels.




- Support retail stores remotely by troubleshooting IT issues and coordinating escalations where required.
- Assist with technology requirements for current store openings, office moves and business projects.
- Maintain accurate IT asset registers, software licensing and equipment inventory.
- Document IT procedures, user guides and troubleshooting resources.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security standards, cybersecurity practices and data protection requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and user experience across the business.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in an IT Support, Help Desk or Desktop Support role.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals and office technology.
- Understanding of networking concepts, printers and business applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support users of varying technical abilities.
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with external IT vendors and managed service providers is highly regarded.
- Previous experience in retail or multi-site organisations will be advantageous.
