Internal Sales Representative

About the Role:
This is a hands-on sales and customer service role with a mix of inbound and outbound responsibilities. Initially, you will work closely with the team to manage customer inquiries, process orders, and provide exceptional service through the company's ERP system. Over time, you will grow into a proactive sales role, identifying new prospects and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound customer orders, queries, and support via ERP system
Identify and engage with new sales opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Collaborate with the wider sales and technical teams to provide tailored solutions
Meet and exceed sales and service targets
Manager ATS and ERP
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical workplace
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
ERP or CRM experience is a plus
