Reporting to the NPD Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kick‑start your career in manufacturing. You will receive hands‑on training and mentoring as you learn the end‑to‑end New Product Development (NPD) process, from concept and formulation through to commercial production and launch.

Working closely with the NPD, Quality and Production teams, you will gain practical experience across all aspects of product development while taking on meaningful responsibilities and developing valuable technical and commercial skills.

What You'll Be Doing

- Learning and supporting the end‑to‑end NPD process, from concept development to commercialisation.
- Lab‑based sampling for customer approval.




- Assisting with product formulation, ingredient sourcing, costing and procurement activities.
- Participating in factory trials to understand the scale‑up process.
- Engaging with suppliers to source high‑quality ingredients.
- Assisting with the preparation of Nutrition Information Panels (NIPs) and technical specifications.
- Learning food regulatory requirements and supporting label development and compliance activities.
- Helping to organise tasting sessions and reformulate based on customer and internal team's feedback.

Your key attributes will be:

- Reliable, enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
- Bachelor of Science (Food Science & Technology) or related applied science.
- Curious, creative, and eager to learn.
- Developing understanding of food product development.
- Hands‑on, practical and excited to work in both lab and production environments.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Excellent communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels.
