BADGE is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead design delivery for Sunshine Coast commercial Design & Construct projects valued up to $80 million. You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with clients, consultants and project delivery teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.
You'll lead design management across multiple projects, develop design programmes and manage consultant teams from conversion through to construction, while driving value engineering and risk management.
