Reporting to the CMO and managing an existing MarketingSpecialist, you'll play a key role in connecting product, sales, innovation andmarketing to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and commercialoutcomes.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for translatingstrategy into action.

You'll own the execution of the marketing plan, leadcampaigns and content, manage agency partners, deliver product launches anddrive digital performance across the business.

Working closely with the Sales, Specification, Product andInnovation teams. You'll ensure Criterion's value proposition is consistentlycommunicated across every customer touchpoint.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoysboth strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

- Executethe annual marketing plan aligned to business growth objectives.
- Leadcampaign planning and execution across digital and traditional channels.
- Managecontent strategy, content calendars and creative production.
- Drivewebsite performance, SEO, SEM and lead generation initiatives.
- Supportnew product launches and innovation go-to-market programs.




- Developmarketing tools and collateral that support the sales and specificationteams.
- Manageagency, supplier and external partner relationships.
- Leadand mentor the Marketing Specialist.
- Monitorcampaign performance, analytics and marketing ROI.
- Championbrand consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints.

About You

You are a commercially minded marketer who understands howmarketing contributes to growth.

You enjoy building structure, driving execution andcollaborating with different teams to bring ideas to life.

You'll ideally bring:

- 5+years' experience in a marketing leadership or management role.
- Experiencedeveloping and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strongdigital marketing, content and lead generation capability.
- Experiencemanaging agencies and external suppliers.
- Excellentproject management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strongcommercial acumen and analytical capability.
- Outstandingcommunication and leadership skills.

- Experiencein building products, manufacturing, construction or related B2Bindustries.
- Experienceengaging architects, designers, builders or trade channels.
