Chemmax Prahran Chemist is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This part time role is based in our pharmacy located in Prahran, VIC 3181. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be an integral part of our operations, providing exceptional customer service and assisting our Pharmacists with various tasks.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Maintaining inventory and stock levels, including ordering and restocking supplies

Providing information and advice to customers on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products

Ensuring the pharmacy adheres to all relevant regulations and guidelines

Collaborating with the Pharmacist and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service-oriented role in the healthcare industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently





Good organisational and multitasking skills

Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations (desirable)

Relevant qualifications or certifications in pharmacy or healthcare (desirable)
