What is the job?
We are seeking a skilled and motivated tradesperson to join our team in a full-time, secure Stair Installer role.
Please note only qualified tradespeople (stair building, joinery or carpentry) with previous experience in residential timber staircases will be considered for the position.
What would I be doing?
You will be responsible for installing timber staircases. We make a wide variety of stairs, from the traditional to the unique.
Our workshop is located in Bayswater North.
We install stairs across Melbourne, meaning travel to site for installation will be necessary some days.
Note only fully qualified, salaried applicants with no driving disqualifications will be eligible for vehicle use. Manual license required.
You will ideally collect stairs for install from the factory, so proximity to our Bayswater North headquarters would be ideal.
Tools provided.
Standard hours of work are 7.30am-3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
What do I need to apply?
Australian Drivers Licence (manual ideal)
Trade qualification in stair building, joinery or carpentry
Demonstrated experience in relevant field
Hold a valid White Card
Ability to interpret plans and drawings
Reliable and independent worker
