FOCUS Connect in New South Wales is seeking an Aged Care Support Worker to help run cultural and social groups and transport clients to activities. The role combines support work, group facilitation, and secure transportation for older people across community programs.
You will engage with culturally diverse groups, provide companionship, and support participation and inclusion. A current NSW driver licence and First Aid/ CPR are required, along with WWCC and Police Check.
