Service Director – IT Operations in Adelaide is a senior leadership role overseeing the operational delivery of a newly established IT Operating Model across a multi-site setting.

Reporting to the CIO, you will lead the Service Delivery Manager and technical leads, drive ITIL-aligned service management, and coordinate with executives, stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth transition to BAU.
