About the Role

As Senior Sous Chef, you will be a hands-on leader, supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen while maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency and service standards. You'll lead by example, mentor the team, and help drive a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment,



enjoys developing others, and is looking to take the next step in their career within an established and respected venue.

About You

You will bring:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen

- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing kitchen staff

- The ability to lead service confidently and maintain high standards under pressure

- A team-oriented, positive and solutions-focused attitude

- Experience with food preparation, quality control and kitchen organisation

- Sound understanding of food safety, stock control and kitchen procedures

- Strong communication and time management skills

- A genuine commitment to teamwork, consistency and continuous improvement
