RJC Electrical Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Worker- Excavator Operator to join our team based in Williamstown, VIC. This full-time role is vital in supporting our ongoing 'Pole 2 Pit' Contract with Zinfra & other infrastructure projects whilst delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Performing general civil construction duties such as site preparation, excavation, and backfilling
- Assisting with the installation and maintenance of underground utilities, including pipes & cables
- Operating a variety of hand and power tools, as well as small construction equipment
- Following safety protocols and ensuring a clean and organised work environment
- Collaborating with the wider construction team to complete projects on time and to a high standard
What we’re looking for
- Prior experience as a civil worker or in a similar construction role
- Familiarity with civil construction methods, tools, and equipment
- Robust attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
