About the Role

This is a task-based property management position – no overwhelming portfolio juggling! You’ll be responsible for:

- Conducting entry, routine, and exit inspections

- Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and arrears

- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance

- Preparing for and attending VCAT hearings

- Working closely with a supportive admin team and assistant PM

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Agents Representative Certificate

- Driver’s Licence and reliable car

- Minimum 1 year of experience in property management (junior PMs welcome!)

- A team player with outstanding attention to detail and a strong work ethic
