Reporting to the CEO, this role involves leading the day-to-day delivery of the People function, ensuring business continuity across various HR domains. Day-to-day Of The Role Lead the delivery of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, payroll oversight, and people systems.
Work closely with the Director of People Services to support key workforce priorities while maintaining a high-quality, compliant HR service.
Ensure effective stakeholder management and maintain strong communication across all levels of the organisation.
Provide strategic and operational HR guidance to senior leaders and the board.
Extensive experience in employee relations and change management.
Experience advising senior leaders and boards.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Robust knowledge of UK employment law.
CIPD Level 7 preferred (Level 5 with significant experience considered).
Desirable
Experience in healthcare, charity, or not-for-profit sectors.
Experience managing volunteers.
