Based in Dandenong South, we're looking for an experienced Interior Designer & Stylist to bring creative, functional and engaging environments to life. You'll work across multiple projects, transforming architectural plans and client briefs into beautifully designed spaces, managing every stage of the journey—from initial concepts and furniture layouts through to procurement, styling and final installation.

This isn't just a design role. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage projects, build strong client relationships and bring a commercial mindset to every decision. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with suppliers and trades and see your designs become reality.

This role is based in Dandenong South and from to time includes travel to client sites across Australia. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting out from behind the desk, building relationships and being hands-on throughout the installation process.

To be successful, you'll bring:

- A qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Interior Decoration, Spatial Design or a related discipline.

- Experience in interior design, styling, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E;) or commercial fit-outs, supported by a solid portfolio of completed projects.





- The ability to confidently interpret architectural drawings and develop functional furniture layouts.

- Strong technical skills across AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar design platforms, with the ability to confidently interpret architectural drawings and develop layouts.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop, to create high-quality presentations, mood boards and design concepts.

- Experience managing projects from concept through to procurement and installation.

- Established relationships across furniture, lighting, finishes, accessories and wholesale suppliers.

- Strong presentation, organisation and client-facing communication skills.

You'll stand out if you have experience designing childcare, education, healthcare or other child-focused environments, along with an understanding of creating spaces that are practical, inspiring and built to last.

A current driver's licence and the flexibility to travel nationally are essential. This is a full-time permanent position - salary will be negotiated based on experience and expertise.
