The Opportunity
ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Adelaide design studio seeking an Interior Designer with 2–5 years of local experience to join its growing team. Known for delivering thoughtful, functional and design-led spaces, this studio has built a strong reputation across a diverse range of sectors. With a healthy pipeline of work and a collaborative team setting, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple project types rather than being confined to a single sector.

The Role
Working closely with experienced Interior Designers and Architects, you will contribute across all stages of project delivery while continuing to develop your technical and design capabilities.
Key responsibilities include
- Developing concepts, space planning and design solutions across a variety of projects
- Preparing client presentations, mood boards and design documentation
- Producing detailed Revit documentation and coordinating consultant information
- Assisting with material selections, finishes and FF&E; specifications
- Attending client meetings, site visits and project coordination workshops
- Supporting projects through design development, documentation and construction
The Like Mind
We are looking to connect with Interior Designers who enjoy being involved, take ownership of their work and are proactive in supporting project delivery. You will ideally bring:
- 2–5 years' experience within an Adelaide interior design or architectural studio
- Strong Revit skills and experience producing documentation
- Exposure to projects from concept through to documentation and delivery
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative attitude and genuine passion for great design
