We're partnering with a highly regarded Design & Construction firm to recruit an experienced Interior Revit Documenter for an initial 3-month contract . With a strong pipeline of healthcare work, you'll play a key role in delivering high quality documentation for a range of healthcare fit-out projects.

Working within a collaborative and experienced team, you'll be responsible for producing accurate construction documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce detailed construction documentation using Revit for healthcare fit-out projects.
- Develop coordinated drawing packages from design through to construction.
- Liaise with architects, designers, consultants and project teams to resolve documentation issues.
- Ensure documentation complies with Australian Standards, NCC requirements and project specifications.
- Maintain accuracy,



quality and consistency across all project documentation.

About You

- Demonstrated experience as a Revit Documenter within the Design & Construction or Architectural industry.
- Solid Revit proficiency with experience producing construction documentation for commercial fit out projects.
- Previous experience working on commercial fit-out projects; healthcare fit-out experience is highly regarded.
- Sound understanding of Australian building codes and construction documentation standards.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a project team.
- Available to start at short notice.
