iOS Engineer – AI Commerce Platform || 6 Months Contract with High Possibility of extension || $700 Days +Super

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to build AI-powered commerce applications that deliver seamless customer experiences across product discovery, shopping, checkout, and order tracking. You'll work with modern iOS technologies and cloud-native Azure services to create scalable, high-performing mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit .
- Build commerce features including product search, cart, checkout, and order management.
- Integrate AI-powered capabilities such as conversational assistants, recommendations, and intelligent search.
- Consume and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and Azure cloud services.
- Implement secure authentication, biometric login, and payment integrations including Apple Pay .
- Optimize application performance, offline capabilities, and user experience.




- Implement push notifications, deep linking, analytics, and telemetry.
- Contribute to testing, App Store releases, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

- 5-8 years of native iOS development experience.
- Robust expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit , and iOS architecture patterns (MVVM preferred).
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and cloud-based backend services.
- Hands-on experience with async/await, Combine, and modern mobile development practices.
- Strong understanding of mobile security, performance optimization, and App Store deployment.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry , or AI-powered mobile experiences.
- Experience with Apple Pay, Firebase, App Center, Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and CI/CD best practices.
