Backed by institutional investors and well capitalised for continued growth, this firm has firmly established itself as a go-to name in CRE private credit and they're now looking for an Analyst to join their Brisbane office.

The Opportunity

You'll support the Origination Directors in delivering funding solutions for Property Developers and Commercial Real Estate Fund Managers across the country. Based in Brisbane, you'll form part of a broader national team with a consistent, high-quality pipeline of dealflow, the kind of exposure that accelerates a career.

This firm is known for promoting from within, with genuine pathways across Origination, Transaction Management, Execution, Credit, Risk, and Asset/Portfolio Management. This role is your entry point into all of it.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conducting financial and credit analysis on real estate-backed loan applications
- Assessing complex transactions,



property valuations and market conditions
- Structuring loan proposals and presenting credit recommendations to senior management and IC
- Monitoring portfolio performance and flagging potential credit risks
- Partnering with brokers, developers, banks and internal stakeholders to drive smooth deal execution

What You'll Bring

- 2 years or less experience ideally in credit analysis, real estate financial analysis, real estate law, commercial lending or consulting
- A robust interest in credit risk and property fundamentals
- An analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both internally and with external stakeholders
