We are looking to bring on an experienced IT leader or Senior IT professional with exceptional communication skills, who would love to coach to join our team (part time initially, but will grow to FULL TIME) by supporting our client delivery team in handling 1:1 coaching and client support.

This person will be working directly with the CEO and operations manager.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

- Must have strong IT industry experience (7+ years) and experience with leadership, coaching or mentoring.
- Must have a desire and love of learning, and can learn FAST.
- HIGHLY motivated to serve others and be a part of something bigger
- Someone who is coachable, SEEKS and implements feedback
- Must have TOP level communication and listening skills
- A grounded and detailed oriented person
- COMMITTED to do what it takes and be 100% in
- Someone who has held a leadership role before (highly preferred).

JOB DETAILS

- Major focus on 1:1 coaching calls with our clients and leading group coaching/training for the program
- Engaging with and supporting our community through whatsapp, text and email support
- Part time as you get trained and ramp up your client list to full-time.
- Compensation: Salary is partly performance based and dependent on amount of clients you are responsible for.
- You can make between $75-$110 per hour, with an expectation to work 20 hours per week initially – this will extend to full-time hours as your client base ramps up. If you know anyone please forward them the job details and introduce them to me over linkedin messages.
