Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join our growing Support Office team. Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you will be the key link between our centres, internal stakeholders and external technology providers, ensuring our technology solutions support operational excellence across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with the business, improving systems and processes, managing technology vendors and driving continuous improvement across a multi site organisation.

About the Role

As the IT Business Partner, you will:

- Partner with operational leaders to understand business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Coordinate IT support requests, vendor relationships and service escalations.
- Support new centre technology readiness, including hardware, internet, phones, printers and system access.
- Coordinate laptops, mobile devices and user access for new starters.
- Maintain IT asset registers and oversee equipment lifecycle management.
- Investigate and coordinate system integration, platform and data issues.
- Support cyber security initiatives, access governance and business continuity.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, technology and business processes.
- Develop user guides, documentation and support change management initiatives.

Qualified Skills

- Business partnering with the ability to understand business needs, build trusted relationships and translate operational challenges into technology requirements.
- Strong technology and systems thinking, including business systems, integrations, SaaS platforms, access governance, API coordination and cyber security principles.




- Vendor management experience, including service performance, escalations, renewals and implementation activities.
- Experience coordinating reporting requirements, data quality, integrations, platform issues and root cause investigations.
- Project and change management skills with the ability to coordinate initiatives, manage priorities and support successful adoption.
- A continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in an IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, Systems, Technology Operations, Process Improvement or similar business facing role.
- Experience gathering business requirements and coordinating technology solutions.
- Experience managing vendors, IT support requests, implementations and service escalations.
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, Systems or a related discipline are highly regarded.
- Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one, and a Police Check.

Knowledge

- Business systems, SaaS platforms, user access management and systems governance.
- Process mapping, workflow improvement and technology implementation.
- Data quality, reporting, integrations, data flow and platform issue management.
- Technology change, business readiness and adoption principles.
- Strong commercial judgement with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
