This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities
- Building relationships with application and cloud infrastructure engineers; identifying monitoring and observability gaps and building solutions.
- Providing subject matter expertise to Application/Infrastructure/DevOps teams to develop dashboards and alerts to achieve observability and monitoring business goals
- Coaching junior observability & monitoring engineers to mature their ability to self-service implement monitoring and observability capabilities for their platforms
- Maintain OnPrem and Cloud Monitoring solutions such as installation, patching,
and lifecycle management.
- Work with Operations Leadership to advance our strategy, produce metrics and report on forecasted demand, capacity, and overall system health for On-Prem and Cloud Monitoring Solutions.
- Leading the implementation of changes into production setting following change control methodology.
About You
- Ideally 5+ years' experience across observability and monitoring engineering.
- Hands-on skills across a broad range of software, automation & monitoring tools.
- Some knowledge and/or experience with Dynatrace would be advantageous (not essential).
