Position: IT Support Engineer

Location: West Perth

Rate: $75,000 - $90,000 super

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Taking escalations from Level 1 and owning them through to resolution

- Deliver Level 2 technical support and assist with project-based work across a varied SMB client base

- Assist with client onboardings, technology implementations, and migrations

- Answering inbound support calls and managing the ticket queue

- Remote and onsite support across multiple client environments

- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, etc.)

- Windows Server and Active Directory management

- Networking troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs)

- Backup solution management and health checks





- Technical documentation

- Strong focus on customer service and communication

- On-call support rotation

Role Requirements:

- Previous experience in a support role, ideally within an MSP environment

- Solid customer service focus with excellent communication skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

- Comfortable working across a diverse client base with varying technical environments

- Willingness to participate in on-call support rotation

- Valid driver's licence required (service vehicle provided for site visits)

- Australian working rights required

Technical Requirements:

- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, SharePoint)

- Windows Server and Active Directory management

- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs)

- Backup solution management and monitoring

- Experience with MSP ticketing and remote support tools

- Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, CompTIA) highly regarded
