? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and network connectivity problems.
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management.
- Perform routine software installations, updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Record and manage support requests while maintaining accurate technical documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Support IT security practices by following company policies and procedures.

? What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems,



and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common productivity tools.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, cloud platforms, or IT ticketing systems is an advantage.
