We're looking for an experienced Mid-Level Java Developer to join a collaborative development team on a 6-month contract. You'll be working on modern backend applications, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of scalable solutions using Java, Spring, and Kotlin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys building high-quality software in an agile setting and working alongside experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Kotlin
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using the Spring ecosystem
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code




- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack

Skills & Experience

- 5-7 years' experience in software development
- Strong commercial experience with Java
- Solid experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)
- Commercial experience developing with Kotlin
- Experience building REST APIs and backend services
- Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
