Jewellery Sales Consultant/Store Manager – Full Time

$35 – $45 per hour + bonuses + commission (based on experience)

Frankston, Vic 34.25 hours across five days. No Sundays. No late-night trade. Every Friday off.

About Us

Anny's Manufacturing Jewellers is a family-owned business that has been designing and making fine jewellery in Frankston for more than 30 years. We specialise in custom-made pieces, remodelling and repairs, with our own workshop on site — so our team sees every stage of the journey, from the first consultation through CAD and manufacture to final delivery.

This is not fast-paced fashion retail. Our consultations are detailed, personal and relationship-driven. Many of our customers come back to us for life milestones — engagements, anniversaries, family heirlooms remodelled for the next generation.

The Role

We're looking for one experienced person to help run our Frankston showroom — someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers make meaningful purchases.

You'll work closely with customers on engagement rings, custom jewellery, remodelling projects and repairs, while supporting workshop job flow and order tracking.

Working Hours

- Monday to Thursday — 9:45am to 5:00pm

- Saturday — 9:45am to 3:00pm, paid at 125%

- 34.25 hours per week. Every Friday and every Sunday off.

Saturday is our busiest trading day and it's a core part of this role. Please only apply if you can commit to it every week.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assisting customers with engagement rings and custom jewellery design

- Taking custom design briefs — budget, timeline, stone preference, style — and preparing them for our designer

- Explaining the differences between natural and lab-grown diamonds honestly

- Booking and assessing jewellery repairs

- Tracking and updating custom jobs,



and supporting workshop communication

- Running the enquiry inbox and following up quotes so nothing goes cold

- Handling difficult conversations yourself rather than passing them up

- Maintaining high presentation standards in store

- Basic product photography and customer follow-up (if comfortable)

- Warm, professional and trustworthy personality

- High attention to detail

- Reliable and consistent work ethic

- Well presented

Jewellery experience is helpful but not essential. Diamond or gemmology knowledge is a bonus, and we'll teach you what you don't already know.
