Website Charles Ifergan Salon Effortless Modern Beauty Inspired by French Artistry Charles Ifergan Salons are growing and looking to hire the following positions! The candidate can be newly graduated or have less than 2 years’ experience and wants to be part of a short immersion in the Charles Ifergan technique. You will then graduate with the potential to become one of our high earning Technicians. The position is for 5 days a week, Tuesday-Saturday. WHAT IS THE ASSISTANTSHIP PROGRAM? Our program has 3 Stages.

Stage one is the beginning of your education.

After you reach certain skills, you pass on to Stage 2:



the “Bridge”. At that stage, you start to service one or two of our paying clients a day to hone all your skills.

Stage 3 is Graduation. Over a period of time, we will provide you with 360 new clients that we generate through social media, advertising, marketing and P.R. It will help you to establish a base for your future clientele

Our training program is intensive in technical skills and verbal communication in the department of your choice. It will motivate and inspire you. Every week you will practice on live models provided by the salon. You will acquire fabulous technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with every client. The result is “your success through long term client retention”.

Q & A Mostly Asked About Our Training Program. Are you departmentalized?

Yes, our Stylists and Colorists are extensively trained in their respective department. During our training you will still have an overview of the other department as we work closely in teams.

Why are you departmentalized?

We believe that Hair styling and cutting are very different than hair coloring. Each one is a specialty that requires a very different approach to education for exceptional knowledge and financial success.



You will become a Master in the department you choose because the salon offers continued education both in the salons locally and overseas.

How long is the program?

Our program is based on the merit system. You will be evaluated every other month. The faster you learn, the sooner you will graduate.

What’s in it for me?

You will help other Technicians on paying clients. This will give you the confidence on how to care and deal with paying clients before you do your own and make great tips.

How much $$$$$$ can I earn?

As a Charles Ifergan Stylist or Colorist, you can expect to earn $40,000 to $50,000 by the end of your second year after graduation. From there the sky is the limit!

Is that true that Colorists make more money than Stylists?

Of our top 10 earners, 5 are Stylists and 5 are Colorists. Our Stylists can make a lot of money because they can book every 30 minutes and/or use the help of Assistants to do their blow dries.

Do you have an internship program?

We do offer an internship program that you can coordinate with your school. You will gain hours at the salon and be able to shadow and observe the salon/stylists.

Do you offer benefits?

We offer a Medical Health Plan. We pay 60% of the monthly fee you pay 40%

We have a 401k program should choose to participate.

We also provide continuing education hours needed to maintain your cosmetology license.

We offer in-salon beauty perks.

Can I work on photo shoots or fashion shows?
