Pemberton Robertson is a boutique law practice in Perth looking for a Solicitor with a passion for family law.

We are a small, supportive, close-knit team, where workplace culture and work/life balance is paramount, including closing hours of 4:30pm from Monday - Thursday and 4:00pm on Friday. The firm has two directors with combined experience in family law of 37 years, a junior lawyer, two legal assistants, two paralegals, and a bookkeeper. The directors work hard to provide an open, collaborative team workplace where all staff are very well supported to thrive in their roles.

We are seeking a 2+ year PAE solicitor to take over from one of our associates who is relocating out of Western Australia. You must have family law experience.

Requirements

- Current practising certificate or ability to obtain one;




- Family law experience.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in managing their own file load.

Ideal Candidate

- Self‑motivated;
- Can work autonomously when needed (although the doors are always open when support is required);
- Able to manage your time effectively;
- Detail oriented;
- Friendly and team oriented.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, but an attractive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate with a commencement date in August 2026.
