Opportunity

You will be stepping into a practice that plays a critical role in the development and delivery of major projects. The work is sophisticated and varied, ranging from foundational advisory to the execution of complex infrastructure deals. You will work closely with a diverse client base, including government bodies, major developers, and renewable energy innovators, as they navigate the shift toward sustainable and large-scale power infrastructure.





You will have high-level exposure to advising on major infrastructure developments, PPPs, and large-scale utility projects and taking a leading role in the documentation and negotiation of wind, solar, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.

About You

We are seeking a commercially minded lawyer of 3+ PQE who thrives in a high-performance environment. Experience within a top-tier or leading international firm environment is highly regarded. We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for drafting and a talent for developing strong client relationships.
