About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.
Positions available: Full-time and Part-time.
Award Level: Level 2 and penalty rates.
Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets.
- Provide a professional and approachable security presence.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
- Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures.
- Adhere to all site and company security protocols.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
About You
- A valid Security Licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded).
- Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts.
- Good physical fitness, as patrols are required.
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
- Robust attention to detail.
- A reliable and punctual work history.
