Our clients are a leading boutique wealth management firm based in Adelaide CBD that have been providing advice for over 25 years. They are currently experiencing growth at the moment and looking for an Associate Adviser to join their team. This position is a Qualified Year role and you will work alongside the Director.

The goal is for you to get mentorship so you can start looking after your own book of clients when you finish your PY. There is no expectation for you to hunt clients as clients will be referred to you.

They have a unique model where they are a high touch, low volume business with a heap of support, so your time will be spent focusing on strategy and overseeing workflow.

We have a second position, open to a Career CSM if you aren't looking to progress down the adviser pathway.

Role

- Join meetings with the Director to meet with new clients to provide strategic and quality advice
- Overtime, manage your own book of clients and progress to being a financial adviser
- Conduct research and analysis across superannuation,



investments, insurance and retirement planning
- Provide quality advice for clients on complex decisions they need to make regarding their wealth
- Accurately assess client’s needs, objectives and risk tolerance and formulate an effective financial plan / strategy to meet their needs

Experience

- 3+ years’ experience in financial planning
- Completed a relevant degree or qualification that meets FASEA requirements
- Eager to progress into your Skilled Year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Immediately start your Professional Year
- Clear pathway to become a financial adviser – career progression and guidance from experienced advisors

- Be trained by high‑performing financial advisers
